Exclusive Search Mandate VP Sales / Head Business Unit (m/f/d) Specialty Pharma * International B2B Sales * Location: Germany  Our Client, a global leader in the development and commercialization of plasma-derived therapeutics, seeks a seasoned and strategic VP Sales to lead the international B2B Sales & Marketing Team. In this critical role, you will be part of the commercial steering team and play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and growth worldwide. Responsibilities: ·Provide strategic direction and leadership to the International Sales Team, ensuring alignment with our clients overall commercial objectives. ·Foster a high-performing and results-oriented environment, maximizing the effectiveness of the BU. ·Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the BU, focusing on key markets and partner relationships. ·Manage and optimize the BU`s budget, resource allocation, and product portfolio to achieve financial goals. ·Oversee partner performance across multiple countries across the globe, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed. ·Ensure adherence to our clients compliance regulations, ethical guidelines, and best practices within the BU. ·Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to achieve shared objectives. ·Represent our client at industry events and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications: ·Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in leading and growing Sales teams. ·Demonstrated expertise in international B2B sales and distribution channels  particularly within specialties like infectious diseases, oncology, immunology, transplant therapeutic areas or orphan drugs.  ·Strong understanding of international business dynamics in B2B Pharma and a successful history of managing and developing commercial teams ·Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ·Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. ·Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus. ·Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office Suite, CRM) and other business applications. ·Willingness to travel Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization.
