Main tasks ·Your primary responsibility will be to achieve reimbursement for our oncology products, which involves leading and executing pricing, reimbursement, and negotiation strategies, as well as developing the BAG dossier. ·Planning and implementing innovative pricing models. ·Leading internal governance process for price approval. ·Developing pricing scenarios as part of life cycle management. ·Representing the local Market Access team in global and regional working groups, as well as in local interdisciplinary teams. Profile ·Several years of experience working in the market access department. ·University degree in pharmacy, medicine, natural sciences or economics ·You excel in strategic and analytical thinking, and take pride in your ability to do so. Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to optimally communicate information in a clear and targeted manner, making you an effective communicator. ·You have a comprehensive understanding of the Swiss healthcare system. ·Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
