Tasks: ·Lead design control in concept and product development. ·Lead the Design-for-Manufacturing process and implementation in CAD (3D-modelling and drawing). ·Plan, perform, and document technical part of exploratory pre-development projects. ·Plan, perform, and document workstreams to strengthen technical core competencies. ·Execute and support product development projects with technical expertise and investigations. ·Prepare technical documentation (specification, implementation, verification, validation) in accordance with the product development process. ·Define, request and assess design verification reports (including metrology reports and mechanical testing). ·Coordination with external development partners and suppliers. ·Support internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Quality, Operations, etc.) with technical and product related expertise. Qualifications: Necessary competence (e.g. professional, technical): ·Experience and enjoyment of conceptual development ·product development of plastic products (min 3 years) ·CAD skills (min 3 years) ·open minded, positive, self-organizing ·Systematic, creative, and innovative problem-solving skills ·technical project management Preferred competence: ·CAD skills with Siemens NX ·toolmaking (injection molding) ·medical or dental devices or packaging or consumables ·automation technology ·simulation technology or Self-executed simulations (structural, flow, process) ·electrical engineering ·tolerance calculations ·“GPS-drawings”
