Project title: Senior Specialist Strategy and Operational m/f/d Type of employment: Payroll Industry: Engineering Skills: GMP German,operational excellence Project start: 01.10.2026 Project duration: 12 months+ Location: Lucerne, Switzerland Key Responsibilities ·Lead operational excellence initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve manufacturing and business processes. ·Drive Lean/Six Sigma projects to reduce cost, complexity, waste, and cycle times. ·Establish and maintain standard work practices, KPIs, and performance governance across the site. ·Support integrated site planning, capacity management, and long-term investment decisions. ·Develop and automate KPI dashboards, business intelligence reporting, and digital performance management tools. ·Use data analytics to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional improvement projects. ·Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, EHS, and Technical teams to drive sustainable improvements and operational readiness. ·Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement through KPI analysis and performance monitoring. Qualifications ·Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, IT, or a related field. ·Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, Performance Management, or Data Analytics within a regulated manufacturing environment. ·Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Standard Work, and process optimization methodologies. ·Experience with KPI development, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and data-driven decision-making. ·Understanding of GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, SOPs, and inspection readiness. ·Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Swiss Safety Officer) preferred. ·Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement and safety initiatives. ·Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills. ·Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
