Für unseren Kunden im Rhein-Main-Gebiet, Weltmarktführer in Augmented Reality-Powered Video Assistance, suchen wir ab sofort mehrere Solutions Engineers Details zur Position (in englischer Sprache) Solutions Engineers at our client are crucial to making the clients customers successful and digital transformation to happen with immediate impact on both their processes and customer experience. By working closely with the Sales, Product and Development/CTO teams, Solutions Engineers are not only experts in the clients platform, but also key to their customers’ deployment and adoption of the solution. Job description: As a Solutions Engineer you will: Participate in Pre-Sales meetings and provide customized and relevant live product demonstrations to our prospects. Provide the Sales organisation with technical expertise and analysis on complex projects. Interact with Product and Development teams to help shape the clients Product roadmap according to customer business requirements. Ensure successful deployment and adoption by facilitating the clients high-level product training on customer site. Act as a trusted point of technical escalation to our most strategic customers, who require access to a dedicated clients expert. Lead the integration strategy for the client customers Manage projects for the development and release of custom mobile apps to the clients customers. Promote the clients solution at events including user groups, partner conferences, webinar campaigns, and trade shows. Candidate profile: Minimum qualifications Language: Native German, fluent English, any other language is most welcome, the clients team is global. Dynamic, eager to join a cashflow-positive and fast growing young global company A generalist, with good understanding of IT environments across Enterprise and MNC markets, and how these are likely to impact adoption of the clients solution – for example, security constraints, existing corporate web applications and the general IT infrastructure Strong oral, written and presentation skills (the role is around 50% customer-facing) Excellent commercial awareness, able to adapt the clients platform to gain the best possible business outcome for the clients customers Preferred qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in at least one of the following or related fields: Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Consulting, Product Management or IT Support Autonomous and able to communicate with remote teams Experience communicating with C-Level executives and development teams alike, able to successfully adapt communication style as appropriate Skills on Salesforce, other CRM systems or previous experience as a Data Scientist, Developer would be desirable Reizt Sie die Position? Preferred qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in at least one of the following or related fields: Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Consulting, Product Management or IT Support

  • Experience communicating with C-Level executives and development teams alike, able to successfully adapt communication style as appropriate

  • Skills on Salesforce, other CRM systems or previous experience as a Data Scientist, Developer would be desirable
