Für unseren Kunden im Rhein-Main-Gebiet, Weltmarktführer in Augmented Reality-Powered Video Assistance, suchen wir ab sofort einen Sales Manager Details zur Position (in englischer Sprache) With a growth rate of over 100% YoY, our client has become market leader for professional video support solutions. In order to expand on this position and to address massive market demand, the client seeks to grow its sales team further. Our client is looking for hungry, innovative and independent sales professionals who are able to work from a defined Target Market List and develop their own strategies to address their potential clients, establish communication channels and develop projects with the client. This implies a deep understanding of the client’s business model and -processes, as well as understanding what is driving the customer and how his success is measured. This sales process will then lead to a bidding phase where the Sales Manager drives the clients team to deliver required collateral and customizations as well as defines the pricing strategy for the clients customer. When successful, Sales Managers negotiate contracts with the client based on clients standard templates and create order form for the customer to sign. In the course of this process, the Sales Manager will get strong support from all departments within the client, but in particular from Solution Consulting and Sales Management. As a Sales Manager you will: Define your own Sales Strategy in alignment with the clients Country Management Work independently (managed through objectives) Interact closely with the clients Solution Engineering (local resources) Interact with Marketing to produce Success Stories & Press Releases Organize and execute demo meetings with clients customers Promote the clients solution at events including user groups, partner conferences, webinar campaigns, and trade shows. Candidate profile:   Dynamic, eager to join a cashflow-positive and rapidly growing startup Ability to interact with large global customer organizations at various levels Success-driven personality Willingness to take own decisions and constantly benchmark against targets set by the company Travel within DACH-region required Strong oral, written and presentation skills (the role is around 50% customer-facing) Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling complex solutions to large global organizations Language: Native German, fluent English (native appreciated), any other language is most welcome, our team is proudly international Reizt Sie die Position?
