In the process of creating the overall strategy and finding the best talent in the market to Exein on their journey Gianni Cuozzo the CEO, is now looking to appoint a Head of Sales EMEA who will be responsible for launching the business in the region. As one of the first hires in Europe, you will have a significant impact on building up and leading the daily operations within the that will lay the foundation for Exein’s future success. The Head of Sales EMEA will be demonstrating domain expertise in building up new business relationships and drive sales mainly in Europe. Ambitious and entrepreneurial, you will be an action-orientated self starter who is comfortable working independently and being hands-on. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial salesperson excited about building a great security company. As the Head of Sales for EMEA you will be a start-up sales leader responsible for developing and managing Exein’s business in your territory. You will also seek to grow the business in manufacturing, healthcare, automotive and other industries. The main responsibilities are: ·Handling overall responsibility for formulating and managing the sales strategy to achieve growth throughout the EMEA region ·Thoroughly understand clients’ needs in order to match client needs & expectations with client centric IOT security solutions ·Lead and drive exceptional sales execution and operational excellence, and develop initiatives to penetrate the market, achieve sales goals, and leverage sales assets. ·Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, certifications, hiring, performance management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing. ·Assess current sales and services methodologies and team structure to propose/implement necessary adjustments in order to optimize performance and build the infrastructure and incentives to facilitate further aggressive growth. ·Identify and develop new account customers ·Increase annual revenue from each existing account  Key Requirements ·Minimum of 5+ years management experience preferred ·Minimum of 5+ SaaS sales experience ·Experience and proven track record of developing new business and closing deals in the financial services and manufacturing sectors. ·Experience of untiring relationships at C Level. ·Fluent English ·Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills ·Happy to travel 40-50% when the situation allows ·Experience in Cybersecurity industry preferably IOT Security services experience   Nice to Haves: ·International Sales Experience ·IT degree or technical background ·Experience in a Start-up Environment  Personal Characteristics ·Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment ·A self-starting, proactive approach and the ability to use your initiative Energy, enthusiasm and a rigorous approach to getting things done. ·Tact, diplomacy and exceptionally good judgement in every interaction. ·Empathy and the ability to see things from other peoples’ perspectives. ·Diverse stakeholder management skills at all levels. ·Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. ·The ability to work in an agile and collaborative manner.
