Project Planner (m/w/d) (EN)

For our client we are looking for a Project Planner (m/w/d). Tasks: ·Work within the PMO portfolio organisation across all projects and ensure consistent project planning and scheduling ·Establish and maintain detailed P6 project schedules according to PMO processes and procedures ·Coordinate, prepare, conduct and document monthly project status reviews with the Project Leadership Team, Risk Management and Cost Controlling ·Ensure transparency of project timelines and adherence to milestones and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle ·Prepare schedule visualisations for internal and external stakeholders ·Support drafting of employer requirements for main package ITTs ·Provide time series input for the Financial Model ·Generate target/actual reports, S-curves, milestone analyses, critical path and float analyses, including downtime and what-if scenarios ·Prepare and facilitate regular schedule workshops ·Analyse contractor schedule submissions and integrate them into the Integrated Project Schedule ·Define standards and requirements for internal and external project schedules ·Develop and update schedule templates and formatting standards ·Conduct Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis in support of the Risk Manager ·Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: ·Several years of extensive relevant experience as a Project Planner ·Excellent experience with project planning tools and methods ·Expert-level P6 knowledge; P6 Administrator experience is an advantage ·Experience in the development phase ·Degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification in project management such as APM is desirable ·Extensive planning experience in large development and construction projects within multi-disciplinary teams ·Offshore experience is desirable ·Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to manage workload and deadlines ·Strong communication skills with the ability to present analyses, KPIs and reports to senior management ·Ability to work across different projects and work streams simultaneously ·Excellent written and spoken English Are you currently interested and available? Requirements:
  • Several years of extensive relevant experience as a Project Planner
  • Excellent experience with project planning tools and methods
