For our client in the greater area Heidelberg we are looking for a Lead Integration Architect SAP SuccessFactors / BTP (m/w/d). Responsibilities: ·Define and drive the integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications ·Provide architectural leadership for SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite ·Design and govern scalable data models and integration architectures ·Support the development of Data Lake and middleware architectures ·Design and implement Point-to-Point Integrations and BTP Extensions ·Manage complex interfaces and enterprise data flows ·Support AI-related initiatives, including the technical enablement of SAP Joule ·Define integration standards and best practices ·Coordinate with international business units and technical stakeholders Requirements: ·Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Integration Solution Architect ·Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations ·Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite ·Hands-on experience with Data Lake, MDI, BIB, Point-to-Point Integration, and BTP Extensions ·Experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures ·Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, and integration governance ·Experience in complex global transformation programs ·Knowledge of AI integration, particularly SAP Joule, is an advantage ·Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ·Fluent English language skills Workload: 2-3 days / week Based on customer specifications, a project-related employment is aimed for.
