For our client in India we are looking for several Senior Cisco SDA Engineers (m/w/d).

Tasks:

• Tier 3 incident and problem support for Cisco SDA environments

• Reduce incident backlog and MTTR for SDA-related issues

• Troubleshoot complex SDA issues

• Participate in Major Incident resolution and provide weekend on-call support

• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting (control/data plane, packet flow analysis)

• Implement approved remediation and preventative actions

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management

• Execute standard and complex service requests

• Perform change validation, rollback if needed, and documentation updates

• Design and implement non-standard SDA solutions and approved exceptions

• Conduct impact and risk analysis and propose solution options

• Support DNA Center operations, Health monitoring, upgrades, patching and backup/restore

• Automation and workflow troubleshooting

• Coordinate with Cisco TAC, security, and identity teams

• Support ISE operations including authentication, authorization, pxGrid, and onboarding

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on experience in Cisco SDA LAN engineering and operations

• Strong experience with SDA installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Deep knowledge of VXLAN, LISP, ISE, and TrustSec policy enforcement

• Experience hosting OT/IoT endpoints in SDA with strict segmentation policies

• Experience designing and implementing custom segmentation or policy exceptions

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (stand-ups, sprint planning, user stories)
