For our client in Madrid we are looking for a Service IT Support (m/w/d).
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level IT support and resolve escalated service desk tickets
- Assist with enrollment and configuration of macOS and Windows devices
- Serve as the primary onsite IT support contact for the Madrid office
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles and operational documentation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes
- Prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency and business impact
- Maintain and troubleshoot conference room and collaboration systems
- Manage local IT inventory, including hardware organization and delivery
Requirements:
- several years of professional experience in an IT Service Desk or similar support role
- Familiarity with device management tools such as Jamf and Intune
- Practical experience troubleshooting IT hardware and end-user devices
- Hands-on exposure to diagnosing and resolving conferencing hardware issues
- Solid understanding of Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience working with ticketing and documentation platforms; knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
- Effective organizational and time-management capabilities
- Proven ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation
- Fluent business English
- Spanish skills is a huge plus
