Für unseren Kunden in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Scrum Master (m/w/d) DevOps Portal für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis zum 31.12.2024 mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Ihre Aufgaben: - Constantly gather requirements from multiple sources like EDP internal product lines and customer development teams. - Refine EDP DevOps Portal product in order to provide maximum benefits for the user base - Extend capabilities of EDP DevOps Portal and useful functionality - Identify gaps in capabilities and automation, orchestrate the implementation - Plan and prioritise work on automation and additional functionality for the EDP DevOps Portal. Ihre Anforderungen: - Safe Agilist, or Professional Scrum Master certification - 1 + years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar in a software development environment - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) - Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. - Strong problem skills and ability to navigate complex environments. - Experience in fostering culture of continuous improvement. - Agile Methodologies: in-depth understanding of Agile Methodologies (scrum, kanban, lean) and hands on experience in implementing them. - Facilitation: strong facilitation skills for leading scrum ceremonies and meetings. - Coaching and Mentoring: ability to coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to identify and address impediments and challenges towards both customers and field staff, ensuring accurate information is conveyed. - Problem-solving: strong problem-solving skills to identify and address impediments and challenges as well as the ability to quickly address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues. - Conflict-resolution: ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaborative and positive team environment. - Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing proprieties and requirements. - Leadership: proven leadership skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams. - Technical Understanding: basic understanding of software development processes and technologies. - Ownership: Taking ownership for end-to-end solutions. - Product Management Experience: proven track record in managing product lifecycles. - Customer Service Orientation: experience in handling customer inquiries and providing a positive service experience. - Experience in writing documentation. - Fluent English in speech and writing (at least B2). - Fluent German in speech and writing (at least B2). - Experience with Backstage.io or other DevOps Portals. - Technical Understanding: Knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps. - Customer-Centric: ability to prioritize customer feedback and enhance user experience. - Strong Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Team player skills: cross team collaboration.
