Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab 11/2024 einen Senior Quantitative Developer/Architect (m/w/d) Financial Libraries für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis 11/2025. Das Projekt erfolgt in Vollzeit. Der Einsatz findet größtenteils remote und einmal pro Monat vor Ort in Essen statt. Tasks: We aim to implement a scenario framework, replacing legacy tools for intraday position management. The framework should be able to run locally as well as centralized and service driven (within an AWS Multi-Account). The role is about participating in the design and development of this new framework. In particular: - Understand/review/challenge/improve framework architecture - Realize the framework by actively implementing it using C#, C++, Python, gRPC/Protobuf - Tailoring the implementation for various target architectures, both local and service-based - Supporting multiple platforms such as Windows (Desktop and Container), Linux-Container, and DataBricks. - Transferring existing libraries/models Skills: - University degree (Diploma / Masters / PhD) - Proven track record in designing and implementing financial libraries (MUST!) - Profound knowledge with the design and implementation of analytic models for pricing, intra-day position management, and risk management - Very good communication, problem solving and analytical skills - Strong experience in OOP using C# (.NET8), C++ , Python and an attitude towards agile working style - Experience in working with Windows, Linux, (Azure) dev-ops/Git, Visual Studio (Code), Databases/SQL, MS Excel - Knowledge of products in the energy market/commodity market
