For our client we are looking for 2 Rollout Managers for CMS First Spirit (m,w,d)

Task:

• Planning and steering CMS roll-out projects and the related activities based on the overall website roll-out plan

• Realize the project objectives for the agreed scope, within planning while maintaining the quality of output (considering Company website guidelines & standards)

• Plan and manage deliverables, resources and schedules incl. detailed project plan per country with local Country Project Manager and Global CX Team

• Responsible for prerequisites check before start of the project

• Responsible for the preparation, execution and follow-up of rollout meetings (e.g. onboarding of local team, FitGap workshop, regular JF and status calls)

• Monitoring of project progress

• Ensuring that technical requirements for the project are set up (e.g. domain, certificates, server, user-settings)

• Support local Country Project Manager with regards to cut-over planning and management (e.g. redirects, content editing, hypercare after go GoLive)

• Coordinates/ensures test of complete website before GoLive, together with local Project Manager

Qualification:

• Website Roll-Out or Relaunch experience

• Experience in working in agile and international project-/product-teams

• Very good German and English language skills

• Communication and organizational skills (the ability to handle many projects in parallel), hands-on mentality

• English fluently
