SPC Zertifizierung) auf Contracting-Basis. ***** Rahmendaten: Start: Januar 2022 Ende: 30.06.2022 ++ Einsatzort: während Corona remote, später teilweise Stuttgart Auslastung: 4 Tage pro Woche ***** Dieser Agile Coach sollte folgendes mitbringen: - Als Person eine gewisse Seniorität, Gelassenheit und Geduld - Leadership Qualitäten um v.a. das Veränderungs-Team (z.B. LACE) aufzubauen und zu führen - Erfahrung in der Anleitung von agilen Change-Initiativen auf allen Ebenen (operativ, taktisch, strategisch) - SAFe Know-how (mind. SPC Zertifizierung) - Fließende Deutsch- u. Englischkenntnisse ***** Expectation: The agile coach on program level is responsible to develop and mature an agile working model for the whole program organisation. He guides the participants on all level to evolve their way of working to align the solutions that the program delivers with the strategy and customer centricity. He also acts as a mentor and coach for the agile coaches on the product level. * Main View: Overall working model of program ***** Responsible for: - The overall flow of work and organization of product development - The step-by-step evolvement of the working model to a product centric, scaled agile approach - Supporting the establishment of components of business agility, e.g. - the program increment logic - the identification of appropriate KVIs to measure progress of program - value based prioritization on all levels (Project language: English) ***** Does: - Create proposals and consults on the evolvement of the working model for the international program, combining a broad knowledge of scaled agile concepts (e.g. SAFe) and a good sense for the next steps based on the maturity of the program members and stakeholders - Works closely with the program management to ensure strategic alignment - Leads the transformation team - Contributes to the implementation of scaled agile practices by providing workshops, trainings, retrospectives - Create and implement metrics that show the evolvement of the product organisation - Support everyone in How-Topics ***** Does not: - Project Management - Overrule squad working models
