-Define an overarching authorization concept for a cloud based platform incl. naming conventions, security guidelines, standards to follow for each application, etc. - Define needed regulatory pocesses to ensure audit proofness for example User Requesting, Seggragation of Duties, User Review processes, role maintenance, etc. - take GDPR and other data protection guidelines into account - understand group policies and take them into account for User Access Management - following the defined overarching concept support the subject matter experts for the definition of application specific authorization concepts - Get into Product Owner Role to define necessary tasks for the implementation team from the authorization concept - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complex matrix organisation and quick to adapt to changing requirements - Excellent communication skills, managing stakeholders at an executive level - Ability to simplify technical jargon into concise easy to understand facts for the key stakeholders - A team player, committed to working in a team - A resilient and calm approach whilst working through crisis issues in a pressurised environment - Willingness to travel on a regular basis - Self-starting and proactive in building stakeholders network - Fluent in German (preferably native German speaker) and English Must Have Skills: - proven track record of delivering complex technical changes with associated technical knowledge - IT knowledge, in terms of backend/frontend IT systems could be advantageous Nice to have Skills: - Knowledge/Experience in Agile methodologies could be advantageous - Experience with SAP GRC
