Telematic Project Manager (m/w/d) (DE)

Role: ·Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing) in the management of a Telematic Project ·Ensure System coordination (System, Software, Mechatronic, System validation) to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Customer expectations Responsibility: Manage operationally and functionally the Projects you will be assigned to: ·Manage OEM Telematic Projects (System with known technology components, …) ·You will be responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product / development vs. Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation ·Secure Project resources and control them ·Solve all project  issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation ·Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and propose timing scenario to achieve milestones ·Manage your given budget including the budget of Projects part of your Project / System ·Prepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge your project team readiness ·Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinate through your team ·Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed / anticipation the gaps versus targets ·You are functionally responsible of all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team Members Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress: ·Keep client(s) updated on Project progress ·Prepare / validate reports on Project development progress to PSC (Project Steering Committee) and PMC (Project Management Committee) and to all Governance stages when required ·Manage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication within your ensure management of escalation if any Profile: ·Engineering / Master degree ·Personal skills to manage functional organization ·CIP development methodology or similar ·Financial skills about Product cost structure, pay back, … ·Customer knowledge (OEM Development process) ·Experience on Electronics / Connectivity / Telematics product developments ·Product Development process knowledge and practice (5 / 7 years) ·You've gained successful development experience in a P0 / P1 Project development function (2 / 3 years) ·Experience in other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, Purchasing), two at least ·English and German are mandatory

Role:

Responsibility:
