Responsibilities - Planning, Development, Maintenance and Coordination of functional requirements and specifications, test specifications, change requests and defect management - Design and Specification of Infotainment functions in the parking functional domain - Responsibility for the technical lead of parking related functions - Technical support for the high-level project management, analysing requirements and change requests - Planning, Development, Maintenance and Coordination of maturity plans - Monitoring of project milestones - Definition of KPIs with respect to the system requirements and implementation of suitable actions - Status Reporting - Reporting the Implementation and approval status - Coordination and presentation of all work results towards stakeholders and partners - Test- & Verification Management - Coordination of problem solving and change management processes - Execution of system- and defect analysis - Coordination and ownership of defect analysis and defect management in alignment with development partners and OEM - Work place is Wolfsburg Profile - At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 3+ years of relevant work experience in technical and management roles - Experience at VOLKSWAGEN AG Processes (E/E, MEB, Infotainment, Cluster) - Experience in a team leading role - Experience working in customer and supplier facing roles - Knowledge in developing embedded and/or application software - Experience in Autonomous Infotainment & Connected Car/Connectivity - Good German and English language skills are mandatory - VW / AUDI / PORSCHE experiences is mandatory! - Excellent communication, organization, teamwork and project management skills - Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and motivate team members - Must be willing to travel as needed
