Responsibilities - Overall program responsibility for realization of a new digital Cluster/Infotainment. - Steering of international project team (SW, HW, ITPM) with related sub-teams and external suppliers with team sizes up to 200 project team members - Responsible to deliver the product according to agreed targets (schedule, product costs, budget costs, quality) - Top level planning and controlling - Align technical and commercial program targets with functional departments - Responsible for Change Management process (incl. internal/external Change Control Boards) - Technical interface towards OEM-customer for all aspects of technical status, program progress and product alignment - Reporting towards customer and internally including management board (SVP-level) - Responsible for transition from prototyping to production incl. ramp-up - Program execution according to Tier-1 Project Life Cycle Management Processes - Automotive Components: Electronic Automotive Component: Digital Cluster - Global development: German Customer, development with focus in Egypt   Skills & Requirements - University degree (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or appropriate graduation) - Knowledge of and enthusiasm about Premium Automotive Cluster Systems - Minimum 10 years experience in project or line management (team size >50 members) - Experience to manage distributed teams in multiple countries - Knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management is a plus (e.g. PMP- / PMA certificates) - Experience in the development of embedded systems is a merit - Expanded knowledge of scheduling and estimation methods and tools like Microsoft Project is a merit - Knowledge and experience of working with the FCA product development cycle is a merit - Fluent technical and commercial English skills are mandatory - Ability to motivate and to communicate - Ability to mediate between conflict parties - Willingness to travel in Europe and worldwide
