Role oThe role of the SW Quality Manager is an expert role for all matters determining SW quality. As these are technical aspects as well as process aspects the activity of the SW Quality Manager are complex: With regards to technical matters he has to be able to understand and judge about detailed unit design aspects as well as code implementation details. With regards to the process aspect he has to have a deep understanding of all SW development related processes, from Requirements Analysis and Architecture, Unit Design and all integration and related testing up to the system acceptance level. Responsibilities oProcess Definition & lmprovement ·Lead of the local Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) ·Representative in the enterprise wide SEPG ·Expert judgement in code quality matters oProcess QA ·Perform internal A-SPICE assessments ·Supervisor in customer A-SPICE assessments worldwide oSW-Quality Assurance ·Act as Overall SW-Quality Manager for the German location ·Supervise SW quality in projects ·Supervision and target setting for overall Unit Testing and Static code checking (Code coverage matters for example) ·Quality Gate review. ·Management Reporting about overall SW quality Profile oDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or technical Master degree oMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development oSeveral years of experience in a leading position in a SW development project oExcellent knowledge about A-SPICE oExcellent knowledge about SCRUM oExcellent understanding of typical system development processes oExperience with ISO 26262 oExperience with PMBOOK oExperience with Code Checking tools oExperience in Continuous Integration / DevOPS oExperience with UML modeling tools, such as Enterprise Architect oAt least A-SPICE provisional assessor oExcellent programming skills (C, C++, Java etc.) oGood language skills in English, written and spoken oExcellent communication and good presentation skills

Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or technical Master degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Several years of experience in a leading position in a SW development project
- Excellent knowledge about A-SPICE
- Excellent knowledge about SCRUM
- Excellent understanding of typical system development processes
- Experience with ISO 26262
- Experience with PMBOOK
- Experience with Code Checking tools
- Experience in Continuous Integration / DevOPS
- Experience with UML modeling tools, such as Enterprise Architect
- At least A-SPICE provisional assessor
- Excellent programming skills (C, C++, Java etc.)
- Good language skills in English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication and good presentation skills
