We are looking for a committed and motivated personality as Admin Assistant, Business Unit Cellular Therapy (gn) (via temporary employment for 12 months) Your tasks ·Support management and tracking of the Commercial CAR-T expense budget (incl. T & E) in close alignment with the line manager, the Project Coordinator Com Ops CAR-T, the budget owners, and the finance dep’t., respectively ·Initiate, prepare and follow-up on all types of contracts and corresponding SOPs; ensure appropriate contract filling and storage ·Create, adjust, manage, and follow through CAR-T-related purchase orders, incl. invoice tracking and billing ·Support line manager and other lead functions in the department on diverse admin tasks, incl. travel booking & schedule planning, expense reporting, slide preparation, preparation of meeting minutes, etc. ·Admin. support of the CAR-T Commercial team on diverse CAR-T-projects ·Delivery of customized CAR T contracts to respective CAR T centers in close alignment with responsible Cell Therapy Site Managers ·Follow up of contract processing on either side (in-house & CAR T center) – incl. direct contact with Cell Therapy Site Managers and/or legal admin personnel at the center level ·Support review and re-direction of amended contract versions to competent & responsible functions within the organization – supported by Legal & Commercial Operations. ·Proceed contract amendment/agreement to complete and finalize contract documents and contract negotiations in time. ·Support establishment and maintain systems and structures enabling transparent monitoring/tracking and smart filing of interim and final contract versions. Ensure broad overview of contract development, negotiation status, incl. finalization and signature. ·Draft and deliver confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements and other types of standard agreements within established guidelines set by the Legal Department. ·Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, company values, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations Your qualifications ·Undergraduate university degree in business admin OR B.A. degree or equivalent (e.g. RA Fachangestellte/r; RA-Gehilfe/in) ·Profound professional experience in the (pharmaceutical) industry or a law firm ·Strong experience in finance/budgeting and understanding of legal terms and conditions ·Strong process- and project management skills ·Accurate and precise, logical and well organized, flexible and receptive to change ·Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines ·Strong interpersonal skills to work as a team-player and to effectively work with people of diverse rank and culture across a variety of business disciplines ·Excellent written and oral communication skills required ·Fluency in English, both oral and written communications ·PC literate in Microsoft Office, incl. Your qualifications

  • Undergraduate university degree in business admin OR B.A. degree or equivalent (e.g. RA Fachangestellte/r; RA-Gehilfe/in)
  • Profound professional experience in the (pharmaceutical) industry or a law firm
  • Strong experience in finance/budgeting and understanding of legal terms and conditions
  • Strong process- and project management skills
  • Accurate and precise, logical and well organized, flexible and receptive to change
  • Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work as a team-player and to effectively work with people of diverse rank and culture across a variety of business disciplines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
