For the next possible date we are looking for a committed personality as a Manager Supplier Relationship Management (m/f/d) (SRM) Fill & Finish Region: Western Rhine-Main region Your tasks As Director* Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Fill & Finish (F&F), you will be making a meaningful contribution to the ongoing development of our RNA production processes. In this role, you will define and shape the F&F supplier strategy and relationships completely independently, supporting us on our mission. Your main responsibilities are: ·Managing the performance of the F&F accounts and team, i.e. setting aspirational targets for the accounts’ KPI dashboards, setting motivational goals for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) members with functional heads, serving as primary point of escalation for challenges and target adherence, as well as reviewing KPIs with suppliers and internal teams ·Ensuring the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and communicating changes and challenges with suppliers ·Leading and reviewing continuous improvement projects and prioritizing and leading innovation ideas (e.g., drug delivery systems) in collaboration with suppliers ·Assuring the SRM serves as single point of contact to 3rd parties; coordinating across functions and leadership teams; leading all functions assigned to the Contract Manufacturing Organization (e.g., Quality, Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MS&T), Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T), Supply Chain Management (SCM), etc.) ·Setting resource plans and budgets for the SRM: Planning major projects required in the upcoming year, creating project and account plans (capacity, saving, changes), writing 3-5 year strategic plans for accounts Your qualifications ·University degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business Management, Engineering, Life Sciences or a Medical Field ·2-4 years experience in the life science industry (ideally a biotech or pharmaceutical company), including expertise in Supplier Relationships Management ·Good business knowledge of biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain operations, preferably within Fill&Finish ·Good combination of strategic and operational skills; ability to make flexible, but thorough decisions in a highly dynamic environment ·Work experience in a GMP regulated field ·Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts, and establish and control budgets ·Effective stakeholder management, both in cross-functional internal and external matrix team environment ·Profound knowledge of relevant US & EU regulations, EMA, FDA and other regulatory standards as well as Good Manufacturing Practices ·Creativity and the ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions ·Organizational skills to ensure optimal resource allocation ·Refined colloquial and correspondence skills in both German and English; presentation skills adaptable to all levels of internal and external stakeholders You will be offered ·Company Pension Scheme ·Childcare ·Jobticket ·Company Bike ·Leave Account ·Fitness Courses ·Mobile Office ·Special Vacation ·... and much more. Your tasks

Your qualifications

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business Management, Engineering, Life Sciences or a Medical Field
  • 2-4 years experience in the life science industry (ideally a biotech or pharmaceutical company), including expertise in Supplier Relationships Management
  • Good business knowledge of biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain operations, preferably within Fill&Finish
  • Good combination of strategic and operational skills; ability to make flexible, but thorough decisions in a highly dynamic environment
  • Work experience in a GMP regulated field
