Business Intelligence Manager (m/f/d) Data Warehousing Your tasks ·Perform high impact market and competitor analyses by continuously monitoring market trends, dynamics, competitors’ activities, and environmental changes ·monitor market shares and their development to build market models and forecasts ·Collect and provide updates on competitive intelligence to the brand teams for better positioning in the market ·Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market/technology trends and competitive dynamics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ·Broaden customer universe by identifying new customers through web-crawling ·Provide an independent voice that contributes to the brand strategy and enhances performance based on objective information such as data analysis (patient flow, sales response, promotion channel mix, etc) ·Understanding of strategic needs and challenges of assigned brands ·Participate in brand team meetings presenting updates on key customers and recommending actionable market research projects based on brand strategies, opportunities and challenges ·Close cross-functional relationship with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Excellence & IT ·Develop & programme database structures and dashboards to deliver them timely with high accuracy thereby ensuring high data quality ·Support the development of sales forecasts and commercial models by providing sales data, assumptions, market development insights and other critical information ·Recommend & implement methods for brand KPI’s performance, benchmarking & ROI measurements ·Develop/have a good understanding of the different data sources available to business intelligence and their ‘connectivity’ ·Deliver best in class Business Intelligence service & support to the affiliate teams ·Performing checks and data cleaning to ensure the data integrity Your qualifications ·Bachelor’s degree or above in scientific majors such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, engineering, business information technology or related field. ·You have three to five years hands-on experience in business analytics, market/competitive intelligence, development of data solutions and application integrations or a similar function ·You have proven project management skills in a cross-functional setup. ·Conduct research with a curiosity approach, Knowledge of primary research procedure and tips ·Demonstrate strong sense of collaboration & enjoy working in highly cross functional team ·Knowledge of the fundamental aspects of financial performance and sales force performance measures and metrics (preferred) ·You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German ·broad understanding of pharmaceutical data, including market research data, and which source to leverage in order to answer business questions most effectively (preferred) ·You have an advanced knowledge of SAP BI / BW, Power BI, Office ·SQL skills and significant experience in building both data sources as well as dashboards, doing cohort analysis, comparative analysis, etc. ·You have excellent technical and analytical skills, profound experience in databases, cloud solutions, installing IT projects especially data warehouse design ·very good command of German, verbally and written If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Lea Stolle at Optares Medical via lea.stolle@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-42

Your tasks
