For the further expansion we are looking for a Global Business Analyst (m/f/d) Your tasks ·Translates strategy into planning, execution and measuring ·Develops the basis for sound and accelerated commercial decision making ·Drives the overall quality and availability of data-based insights ·Part of Global Marketing team, reports to the Head of Global Marketing ·Development and maintenance of Business Intelligence on a global scale ·Ensures a thorough understanding of othe commercial market environment, its developments, trends and dynamics othe competitive environment (existing and emerging), their strategies, tactics and ambitions oall relevant stakeholders who impact the business as well as their behavior, motivations and influence on all relevant stakeholders (HCP, pharmacist, WS etc) ·Leads & conducts qualitative & quantitative market research ·Defines data & information requirements and implements/maintains a state-of-the-art Business Intelligence cockpit and other tools oto facilitate the commercial planning, budgeting & forecast purposes oto measure effectiveness of business approaches (KPIs) across the entire organization (HQ & affiliates) oto enable commercial scenario planning / modelling oto assess growth potentials across brands (in collaboration with Global Brand Manager) ·Disseminates relevant information & insights within the organization, recommends and presents strategies to manage implications in order to facilitate sound commercial decision making Your qualifications ·Leadership experience in x-fctl. teams at interntl. “above-country” level is highly beneficial (dotted line leadership) ·Incumbent must possess a highly analytical mindset coupled with a good business acumen ·5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Market Research or Commercial Operations roles in ethical, innovative medicines is required (both at “in-country” and at “above-country” level) ·Experience in Business Analytics tools is required, also ability to self-develop technical tools, especially MS-Excel based ·Proven track record in handling/managing support agencies is required ·Good understanding of Brand Management, Market Access, Finance and Sales functions at “in-country” and/or “above-country” level is required ·Strong analytical & strategic mindset coupled with good presentation skills ·Strong interpersonal skills: highly driven, self-initiated, self-motivated ·Strong communication and project management skills ·Strong passion to drive for tangible results ·Fluency in English is required and fluency in German is highly beneficial ·Business or Science background and degree (Bachelor’s degree) is required ·MBA, PhD or other advanced degree is beneficial If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Tilman Grumbd at Optares Medical via tilman.grumbd@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-34

Global Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • Translates strategy into planning, execution and measuring
  • Develops the basis for sound and accelerated commercial decision making
  • Drives the overall quality and availability of data-based insights
  • Part of Global Marketing team, reports to the Head of Global Marketing
  • Development and maintenance of Business Intelligence on a global scale
  • Ensures a thorough understanding of
    • the commercial market environment, its developments, trends and dynamics
    • the competitive environment (existing and emerging), their strategies, tactics and ambitions
    • all relevant stakeholders who impact the business as well as their behavior, motivations and influence on all relevant stakeholders (HCP, pharmacist, WS etc)
  • Leads & conducts qualitative & quantitative market research
  • Defines data & information requirements and implements/maintains a state-of-the-art Business Intelligence cockpit and other tools
    • to facilitate the commercial planning, budgeting & forecast purposes
    • to measure effectiveness of business approaches (KPIs) across the entire organization (HQ & affiliates)
    • to enable commercial scenario planning / modelling
    • to assess growth potentials across brands (in collaboration with Global Brand Manager)
  • Disseminates relevant information & insights within the organization, recommends and presents strategies to manage implications in order to facilitate sound commercial decision making

Your qualifications

  • Leadership experience in x-fctl. teams at interntl. “above-country” level is highly beneficial (dotted line leadership)
  • Incumbent must possess a highly analytical mindset coupled with a good business acumen
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Market Research or Commercial Operations roles in ethical, innovative medicines is required (both at “in-country” and at “above-country” level)
  • Experience in Business Analytics tools is required, also ability to self-develop technical tools, especially MS-Excel based
  • Proven track record in handling/managing support agencies is required
  • Good understanding of Brand Management, Market Access, Finance and Sales functions at “in-country” and/or “above-country” level is required
  • Strong analytical & strategic mindset coupled with good presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: highly driven, self-initiated, self-motivated
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong passion to drive for tangible results
  • Fluency in English is required and fluency in German is highly beneficial
  • Business or Science background and degree (Bachelor’s degree) is required
  • MBA, PhD or other advanced degree is beneficial
