Worldwide sales are carried out through their own local subsidiaries and local partners.   For the further expansion we are looking for a Country Manager Germany (m/f/d) Your tasks ·Maximizes the overall commercial opportunities in the German market ·Leads the German Business unit, with full P&L responsibility ·Ensures an effective collaboration with HQ divisions as well as with other affiliates ·Reports to the Managing Director Commercial (CCO)   ·Local Implementation of Global Brand Strategies Accountable for local launch preparation as well as local in-market brand management, i.e. ·alignment of global brand plan, marketing content and marketing instruments offered by HQ to country-specific needs ·addressing all relevant stakeholders (patients, physicians, payers, policy makers etc.) across prioritized touchpoints ·actively engage stakeholders with regard to the strategic and tactical objectives ·continuous monitoring of local marketing and sales effectiveness   ·Local Market Access ·Management of local health economics, pricing implementation, sub-national-level payer strategy, pricing management, procurement management (tender business) ·Close alignment & contribution to Global Market Access strategy   ·Accountable for Budget & Controlling of German BU Accountable to realize agreed budget figures Germany (topline, net and expenses) ·Bottom-up budgeting process based on centrally defined guidelines and objectives ·Preparation and conduction of business reviews, aggregation of overall strategic & commercial implications   ·Contribution and impact to x-fctl. processes: ·Collection of relevant business intelligence data and information (market, competitive and stakeholder data and information) ·Continuous assessment of local growth potential across brands ·x-fctl. collaboration with HQ functions and country peers: influencing and impact on global strategy development and implementation; advocating German business needs and requirements     Your qualifications Leadership Experience ·10+ years of overall leadership experience is required ·8+ years of leadership in commercial role in German market is required ·Leadership experience in international, x-fctl. team setting (“above-country” level) is beneficial   Functional Experience / Network ·Incumbent must possess excellent business acumen ·15+ years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management and Sales and/or related field in ethical, innovative medicines is required with focus on “in-country” level, ideally with strong experience in German market ·Proven track record of successful launch experience at “in-country” level in German market is required ·Market Access experience regarding German market is required ·Experience incl. proven network to key stakeholders in Gastroenterology / Hepatology / Digestive medicines in Germany is highly beneficial ·Evidence of x-fctl. working experience with Med. Your tasks

Your qualifications

Leadership Experience

  • 10+ years of overall leadership experience is required
  • 8+ years of leadership in commercial role in German market is required
  • Leadership experience in international, x-fctl. team setting (“above-country” level) is beneficial

 

Functional Experience / Network

  • Incumbent must possess excellent business acumen
