For the next possible date we are looking for a committed personality as a Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d) Your tasks ·Ensure best in class customer experience across initiatives and data driven decision making ·Accountable for cross functional initiatives, especially across Digital, Marketing, Sales and Service-Teams ·Compile and control project budgets and ensure the achievements of defined project goals in agreed timelines including risk mitigation plans ·Ensure transparent and effective communication to all stakeholders within the as well management of expetations across various internal and external stakeholders ·Support in vendor management, purchase orders and coordination of related actions ·Lead, support and monitor the continuous improvement of the internal project management Your qualifications ·Scientific or similar defree, MBA or similar considered a plus with a minimun of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with increasing responsibilities ·Vaccinces or immunotherapy knowledge as well as experience in launching products internationally or nationally is a plus ·ambitions to work on a blockbuster product with lightspeed requierements and significant pressure as well as ambitions to grow in/with the organization ·High resilience, superior endurance with engaging personality to inspire ans lead a cross-functional team without disciplinary management ·Strong analytical and organizational skilss combined with very strong collabration, team- and alignment-buliding skills ·Ability to effctively manage senior level relationships ·Fluency in Geman and English    If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Inken Steinkamp at Optares Medical via inken.steinkamp@optares.de or by phone under 0049 441 21879 41.
