If you are looking for a real occupation that provides you with maximum freedom and a servant leader on top then we are looking for you as a  Business Communications Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks ·Delivering relevant, impactful, and measurable external and internal communication activities in Germany to support near-term business objectives and establish our company in infectious medical areas on the long run  ·In close collaboration with the Business Communications Lead: strategic planning, implementing, and measuring business and trade communications, as well as disease awareness campaign strategies that generate coverage in variety of national and regional (media) channels to support business objectives ·Creating and managing content for the German media environment and selecting other stakeholders including payers, policy makers and patient groups ·Translating complex, scientific issues into clear communications to a range of audiences, including lay and trade ·Closing cross-functional cooperation with the respective commercial and medical teams and other internal stakeholders ·Establishing collaboration and leading external comms/PR-agencies ·Ensuring our messaging and tone is consistent by aligning with communications around our global corporate initiatives and how they relate to the German environment ·Finally, this role will protect and enhance the reputation of our company through effective management of product and business-related issues Your qualifications ·Bachelor´s degree or Masters degree, MBA or state examination ·Several years of work experience in the healthcare sector with an industry company or related service provider, including working with current digital communications technologies and strategies. ·Experience in strategic planning, x-functional teamwork, and project management ·Communications experience in the healthcare sector in Germany, Austria or Switzerland ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English ·High personal accountability and integrity combined with the ability and experience to influence decision-making at a strategic level ·Ability to identify and focus on key issues and priorities, managing multiple competing and diverse projects simultaneously ·Experience in the management of external agencies, ensuring full and complete briefs that enable relevant ideas and timely delivery of measurable projects within budget ·Knowledge of the German media environment and healthcare environment ·Experience and understanding of German healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry environment with working knowledge of the respective regulations and legislations If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Tilman Grumbd at Optares Medical via tilman.grumbd@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-34

Your tasks

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree or Masters degree, MBA or state examination
  • Several years of work experience in the healthcare sector with an industry company or related service provider, including working with current digital communications technologies and strategies.
  • Experience in strategic planning, x-functional teamwork, and project management
  • Communications experience in the healthcare sector in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • High personal accountability and integrity combined with the ability and experience to influence decision-making at a strategic level
  • Ability to identify and focus on key issues and priorities, managing multiple competing and diverse projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the management of external agencies, ensuring full and complete briefs that enable relevant ideas and timely delivery of measurable projects within budget
  • Knowledge of the German media environment and healthcare environment
  • Experience and understanding of German healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry environment with working knowledge of the respective regulations and legislations
