The company develops and distributes modern medical products in the field of cardiology around the globe.   To support their expanding Team we are looking for a: Human Resources Associate (m/w/d) Your tasks ·Support to People & Culture Manager ·Performance of recruitments for Germany in coordination with People & Culture Manager ·Contribute to the improvement of People & Culture communication to employees and managers ·Contribute to employee administration and training ·Is flexible and open to provide assistance in non-specific daily work tasks when and wherever needed ·Develop and improve processes for talent acquisition for the company  ·Close cooperation with department managers in planning and performing of individual recruitment processes ·Creation of job ads and advertising plans ·Evaluation of applications, performance of job interviews and preparation of job offers ·Administration of applications: replies, rejections, statistics and deletion of documents ·Observation of data protection regulations during the entire application process ·Postings on LinkedIn and other social media for recruitment purposes ·Pro-actively support the improvement of the the companies own intranet ·Create newsletters and other information to employees and managers ·Close cooperation with department managers in planning and performing of individual recruitment ·Support in employee life cycle and maintenance of employee records ·Support in processing of all operational personnel tasks in accordance with employment law ·Support in P02 activities (“Training”) and KPI tracking ·Support in improvement and implementation of HR processes.
