Our client is an international speciality healthcare company dedicated to rare diseases with the German presence in Munich. Furthermore the company is a pioneer in biotechnology with world-class capabilities in protein biochemistry and biologics manufacturing. Patient Access Manager DACH (m/w/d) Post Launch Ihre Aufgaben ·Work closely with the local cross-functional product teams as well as with the National Sales Managers to identify pricing and positioning opportunities as well as threats for the Haemophilia franchise, Haematology and Immunology products ·Strong collaboration with finance, sales and patient access to manage existing and develop new pricing and reimbursement offers and the impact from an economical perspective ·Monitor competitive environment and develop appropriate pricing and contracting strategies for marketed the companies products to support commercial business goals ·Execute and negotiate pricing and contracting strategies with relevant stakeholders as sick funds or physician associations where needed ·Produce and analyze contract/payer specific reports ·Develop consultative relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders and leverage the companies as the preferred partner for innovative contracting models ·Identify national and regional authorities and stakeholders with responsibility for the pricing and reimbursement of existing and new products and engage appropriately with such bodies together with the Director Patient Access & Engagement DACH to understand requirements and support for optimal pricing and reimbursement ·Proactively track key legislative changes and sick fund related changes with potential impact on the companies business ·Develop and drive local real-world evidence and HEOR strategy as well as respective publication plan to demonstrate reliable insights of health care reality and benefits of modern therapy approaches ·Liase with Marketing and Patient Access to drive materials, fact sheets, cost calculators and other selling tools ·Support the AMNOG process for the companies pre-launch products by shaping reimbursement strategies, dossiers and benefit assessment process in close collaboration with the pre-launch Patient Access team ·Propose, coordinate and lead AMNOG negotiations with GKV-SV in close collaboration with the pre-launch Patient Access team Ihre Qualifikationen ·University Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech or med-tech environment ·Experience in dealing with institutions of the german health care system e.g. health insurance institutions, IQWIG/GBA ·Experience in contracting matter with these institutions ·Knowledge of the regional and national market access environment ·Demonstrated ability to propose and execute on a regional strategic plan ·Good communication skills (oral and writing) in German and English ·Solid understanding of commercial, medical functions and back up roles such us (regulatory, legal, financial) and how these roles best contribute to a successful patient access approach If you have any further questions, please contact Mr. Tilman Grumbd at +49 441 21879-34 or via e-mail at tilman.grumbd@optares.de.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Work closely with the local cross-functional product teams as well as with the National Sales Managers to identify pricing and positioning opportunities as well as threats for the Haemophilia franchise, Haematology and Immunology products
  • Strong collaboration with finance, sales and patient access to manage existing and develop new pricing and reimbursement offers and the impact from an economical perspective
  • Monitor competitive environment and develop appropriate pricing and contracting strategies for marketed the companies products to support commercial business goals
  • Execute and negotiate pricing and contracting strategies with relevant stakeholders as sick funds or physician associations where needed
  • Produce and analyze contract/payer specific reports
  • Develop consultative relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders and leverage the companies as the preferred partner for innovative contracting models

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • University Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech or med-tech environment
  • Experience in dealing with institutions of the german health care system e.g. health insurance institutions, IQWIG/GBA
  • Experience in contracting matter with these institutions
  • Knowledge of the regional and national market access environment
  • Demonstrated ability to propose and execute on a regional strategic plan
  • Good communication skills (oral and writing) in German and English
  • Solid understanding of commercial, medical functions and back up roles such us (regulatory, legal, financial) and how these roles best contribute to a successful patient access approach
