Your tasks
  • Correspondence and travel schedule planning for the President EMEA

Your qualifications

  • University degree in Economics or similar education in Commercial or general management field
  • Advanced working experience as Executive Assistant, Project Manager or similar role, ideally in an automotive industry
  • Precise, effective, and clear communication as well as high ability to cooperate at all levels of a matrix organization
  • Ability to analyze, identify and suggest improvements in area of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal relations with high level of service orientation
  • Ability to work proactive on decision-making-processes with loyalty, confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to be adaptive to changes
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, especially in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in German and English
