For the next possible date we are looking for a committed personality as a Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain Data & Application Your tasks ·Take over technical ownership & support for all business process applications which are operated in the areas of Supply Chain Planning & Execution ·Ensure functionality of applications as well as their optimization and further development, organize regular updates to ensure maintainability ·Be the first point of contact for business users within the department to consolidate system-related requests, provide ad-hoc support and include global BTS/IT functions upon need ·Work cross functionally (e.g. with Production, QA/QC, Finance, Global SC and Purchasing) to understand stakeholder requirements as it relates to Supply Chain data & applications ·Liase with IT and SAP Business Process Owners on digitization and data automation initiatives to improve the existing Planning- & Materials Management processes ·Analyze business processes in order to identify business cases for digitalization ·Drive efficiencies in the cross-functional data-flow (between systems/processes/functions) ·Support business users on data ownership and drive a data driven culture and mentality ·Act as a Master Data champion for the Supply Chain department, actively engage in the areas of SAP Master Data monitoring, maintenance and optimization ·Further develop and improve existing Supply Chain reporting (e.g. volume and inventory reporting) in alignment with internal and external customer requirements ·Generate reports, KPI-Updates and simulations based on data out of SAP and prepare them for management reviews and KPI-Reviews in MS Excel and BI-Dashboards Your qualifications ·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management & Logistics    ·2 - 5 years of relevant work experience, as a data analyst in SCM or a related field ·Distinct personal affinity to IT topics, hands-on experience with big data, data mining, database structuring / programming is a plus, VBA- / Power Query skills are appreciated ·Strong skills using MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Power BI, Power Apps) ·Sound understanding of ERP system processes and key system functions related to Supply Chain Planning & Execution with throughout and proven experience of SAP S4/HANA (PP, MM, WM) ·Familiarity with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI (Tableau, Qlik) ·Experience with query building, analytics, including supporting application development and data warehouse development ·Solid project management skills (continuous improvement, methodology and tools) ·You have a passion for digital topics and technologies and keep up to date with current trends ·Knowledge and understanding of state-of-the-art supply chain systems & tools ·Proven experience in process design, mapping & documentation ·A high degree of creativity and innovative thinking, a structured, results-oriented way of working, strong analytical thinking and enjoy working as part of diverse teams ·Good communication and organizational skills with capability to influence other ·Excellent command of German and English, both verbal and written If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Lea Stolle at Optares Medical via lea.stolle@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-42

Your tasks
