For the Global Headquarter we are looking for the next possible entry date a Head of Global Sales (m/f/d) Your tasks ·Management & leadership of Global Sales Department ·Management of sales partner and subsidiary relationship ·Responsible for economic framework and revenue optimisation of partner & subsidiary business ·Support in the founding of new subsidiaries and partner businesses ·Channelling function for partner organisations with HQ depts. ·Close collaboration with the Finance and SCM in the capacity of forecasting, analysis and estimation of future sales development ·Close collaboration with Global Marketing, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs for the management of existing and future commercial products in partner and subsidiaries territories Market and competition monitoring; strategic planning for the implementation and achievement of objectives with partner businesses (business reviews etc) ·Parallel trade management Your qualifications ·University degree in economics or natural sciences ·MBA or other advanced degree is highly beneficial ·10+ years of overall leadership experience is required (5+ years in an international setting) ·Strong experience in international sales or business development with a focus on prescription drugs ·In-depth knowledge of international contract law, in- and out-licensing, creation of business plans, market and feasibility analyses ·Experience in opening foreign markets and in collaborating with international distributors ·Strong leadership skills: drives, convinces and develops individuals and teams / helping the team to find right balance between strategy thinking and operational implementation ·Capable to manage multiple stakeholders at multiple locations, also virtual teams ·Strong interpersonal skills: highly driven, self-initiated, self-motivated ·Strong communication, analytical and project management skills ·Ability to work under time & delivery pressure ·Excellent intercultural competencies ·Willingness to travel internationally ·Proficient in English, basic language skills in German If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Lea Stolle at Optares Medical via lea.stolle@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-42

Your qualifications
- University degree in economics or natural sciences
- MBA or other advanced degree is highly beneficial
