For further expansion we are looking for one: Program and Project Manager Science and Innovation (m/f/d) Your tasks ·Build and establish program and project management from the ground up in the areas of pre-clinical and clinical pharmaceutical development within the companies Science & Innovation department ·Ensure the adoption and adherence to best practices, methodologies, and tools relating to program and project management ·Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and templates across all pre-clinical and clinical projects ·Establish rogram management as a core discipline within Science and Innovation ·Provide guidance, support and direction to pre-clinical and clinical project managers throughout the project phases ·Establish and maintain tracking dashboards with KPIs to provide maximum transparency of project status from a progress and quality perspective Your qualifications ·Advanced degree in natural science or a relevant technical field preferred ·Project Management certification (PMI, Prince2 or similar) highly preferred with a minimum of 5 years project management (with program management) experience; hands on experience should include the management of complex, (bio-) pharmaceutical projects covering all phases (pre-clinical through registration stage) ·Ability to establish and cultivate project and program management processes and tools in a GxP regulated environment using agile methodologies ·Track record of successful project execution ·Winning personality and eager to engage with highly motivated, diverse project teams ·Excellent interpersonal skills to steer complex projects by ensuring stakeholder alignment along the development pat ·Strong written and oral communication skills and high degree of fluency in written and verbal English If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Lea Stolle at Optares Medical via lea.stolle@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-42
