Für einen Bestandskunden aus Hamburg suchen wir einen ServiceNow Entwickler für 5 Monate++ mit möglichst zeitnaher Verfügbarkeit. Rahmendaten: - geplanter Start: asap - Dauer: 5 Monate - Auslastung: 80-100% - Einsatzort: Remote und evtl. an wenigen Tagen in Hamburg - Sprache: Deutsch - Nice 2 have: Telko Know how Benötigtes Skillset (bitte genau lesen): 1. ServiceNow Platform Expertise ·Navigation, instance setup, and configuration ·Knowledge of core ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management) 2. Minimum CSA, CIS or CAD Certification ·JavaScript & Scripting Skills ·Client-side and server-side scripting (JavaScript) ·GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions 3. Workflow and Process Automation ·Flow Designer for creating and managing flows ·Workflow Editor for visual process automation ·Use of Orchestration for automating IT tasks across systems 4. AIP (Application Integration Processes) & Triggering ·Understanding of AIP concepts and how to design triggers ·Implementing automation based on alerts, events, or data changes ·Knowledge of AI/ML components if using predictive or intelligent workflows 5. Integration Skills ·REST API development and consumption ·Automating data exchange with external systems 6. Configuration Skills ·Customizing tables, forms, and records relevant to ITSM ·Catalog items, request items, and task management customization 7. Event Management & Alerting ·Configuring event rules and alert mechanisms ·Automating incident creation or updates via events 8. Security & Access Control ·Setting up ACLs for sensitive data ·ServiceNow Role management and permission configuration ·Microsoft Entra ID experience 9. Performance Analytics & Monitoring ·Building reports and dashboards 10. Change & Release Management ·Version control for scripts and configurations with Git ·ServiceNow Deployment best practices 11. Service Now Field Service Module ·Experience with the CSM / FSM interface ·Experience with Route optimization, dispatching, Field Service App ·Desirable: knowledge of Warehouse management and invoicing
