We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager – Managed Infra (all genders) Step into the heart of a significant IT transformation spanning Workplace, Infrastructure, and Platform Services, as we partner with a major Financial Services client. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and change in the tech industry. You will be responsible for delivering Managed Infrastructure Services for five clusters (Unix, Windows/Hypervisor, ECM, Backup&Restore, Antivirus) for our client in a 24/7 environment. Your working area & responsibilities ·Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management ·Manage a Team of Cluster Leads ·Ensure Quality of SLA-based services ·Ensure, that compliance and security requirements are met ·Ensure overall reporting of provided services ·Being responsible for all financial and contractual aspects of provided services ·Partner Management Your skillset ·10+ years experience in delivering IT Infrastructure services ·Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of IT Infrastructure-architecture ·Analytical, consulting and moderation skills ·Excellent Service Orientation / ITIL certification ·Target Group-oriented communication ·Perseverance ·German and English fluency is mandatory Have we piqued your interest? Your working area & responsibilities

Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management
Manage a Team of Cluster Leads
Ensure Quality of SLA-based services
Ensure, that compliance and security requirements are met
Ensure overall reporting of provided services
Being responsible for all financial and contractual aspects of provided services
Partner Management

Your skillset

10+ years experience in delivering IT Infrastructure services
Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of IT Infrastructure-architecture
Analytical, consulting and moderation skills
Excellent Service Orientation / ITIL certification
Target Group-oriented communication
Perseverance
German and English fluency is mandatory
