We are looking for a L3 - SME Role for Application Packaging Roles and Responsibilities: ·4-8 years’ experience in Re-Packaging vendor applications (Physical Packaging, App-V, Migrations, SCCM Collection creations) ·MSI Knowledge should be excellent. ·Should be well versed with end to end Application packaging process ·Experience in Process Automation ·Hands on experience on tools like Install Shield, Wise Packaging Studio, MSIX and Advanced Installer. ·Ability to analyse and solve technical problems ·Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools, Package Versioning and Package Life Cycle Managing Tools ·Excellent troubleshooting skills ·Should be a Quick Learner and Good Team Player ·Provide technical consultancy and solution support to team in related area of technology ·Trouble shoot and resolve complex packaging issues ·Hands-on experience on Re-Packaging of applications and software distribution ·Develop best practices/ process documents in collaboration with the team ·Cross functional skills in EUC Engineering space. ·Strong domain knowledge of End User Workplace management ·Good team player ·Excellent written and oral communication skills ·Pro- active approach, strong team player ·Strong problem-solving skills including critical thinking, analysis, negotiation, Ability to work well under pressure and work on multiple projects Transition requirements: ·Understanding the concepts of SOW, SLA, RLS, RACI, RBAC and SMTD contents. ·Understand & prepare queries on solution, scope, SLA and RLS etc. after completely understanding SOW document. Raise queries during Boot Camp and other forums during pre-planning and planning and ensure clarity to avoid any risk to transition and delivery ·MAP SoW and RACI (tower specific) between Wipro & Customer ·Identification and mapping of KA tools against each technology. Communicate inputs / efforts / pre-requisites required from customer to capture information using KAP tool ·No overrun of timelines (except due to dependencies & delays from customer / incumbent it must be signed off) ·Review with Transition Lead on deliverable listed in CIS Transition portal ·Work with Lead and perform 100% remote KAP excepting customer compliance which will restrict remote KAP ·Proficient level in updating SMTD documents. Technical Skills Required: ·Proficient in Win 7 & Win 10 operating systems and good knowledge of file systems and registries ·Proficient in toolsets such as Wise package Studio, Install Shield, SCCM, Altiris etc. ·PowerShell scripting knowledge is required ·Good in technical trouble shooting and problem solving ·Proficient in Application Compatibility Tool Kit ·Experience in VB scripting ·Remediating compatibility issues in win 7/ win 10 ·Proficient in ITIL framework ·Experience in re-packaging complex applications ·Must have Knowledge on application Re-Packaging, Application Compatibility testing and Software Distribution ·Should able to handle all technical customer escalations Language & Mandate Requirements ·German (mother tongue or min. B2 Level) ·English (mother tongue or min. B1 Level) ·SCCM Certification 70-703 ·MD-102: Endpoint Administrator ·ITIL Foundation/Practitioner ·Operating System : Windows Server 2016, 2019, Windows Server 2012 (if still in use) ·Patch Management : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, HCL BigFix ·Scripting: PowerShell, VBScript ·Secure remote access : CyberArk Have we piqued your interest?
