We are looking for a Linux Administrator L2 Primary Skills (Technical Skill) RedHat Linux 7, 8, 9 and Suse 12.x Secondary Skills (optional) AIX Technical Qualification Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Experience Level 5+ Years Role & Responsibilities ·Support Production environment. ·Handle Incidents and Service requests. ·Plan and schedule Changes coordinating with different stakeholders. ·Work on Service Requests based on SOPs. ·Follow defined quality and security compliance. ·Perform Trend analysis, identify top call drivers and work with respective Teams to minimize incident count. ·Patch management. ·Vendor coordination. ·Automation of tasks using Shell scripting. Technical Skills ·Hands-on experience in RedHat Linux 7, 8, 9 & Suse 12.x. ·Experience in Linux and AIX product engineering. ·Experience in LVM and User Management. ·Update, maintenance, and Installation of Linux servers. ·Experience in patch management of Linux infrastructure (Manual and BigFix tool). ·Good knowledge of Clusters Solutions such as PowerHA, RedHat Cluster, PCS cluster etc. ·Satellite Server Configuration and Administration. ·Work on DR activities. ·Knowledge of Patch management for AIX infrastructure. ·Trend Analysis and Capacity planning for the OS Parameters issues like CPU, Memory & Disk space. ·Good understanding of ITIL practices. ·Good documentation and presentation skills.
