We are looking for a Storage Administrator L1 Primary Skills (Technical Skill) Huawei, IBM Virtualized Storage, NetApp, and Brocade SAN Switch Technical Certification NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) OR Huawei - HCNA-Storage-BSSN Secondary Skills (optional) Platform Skills (Windows, Linux, Virtualization) Experience Level 3+ Years Roles and Responsibilities ·Manage level 1 Storage administration and provide Production support. ·Management of Storage infrastructure e.g., managing RAID groups, aggregates, LUNs, and Volumes. ·Monitor and handle incidents and service requests for storage infrastructure. ·User account management ·Management of virtual storage systems ·Storage capacity and Performance monitoring and reporting. ·Proactive health checks and reporting. ·Ensure adherence to Storage SLAs and KPIs.
