We are currently looking for three freelance "Consultants (m/f/d) electronic banking/payment transactions EBICS" for our client in the banking sector. Start: 01.09.2025 End: 28.02.2026 Capacity: Fulltime Location: Remote 60% / Frankfurt 40% (more on-site at the beginning, less later) Mission: Advisor and manager of the technical interface between bank and customer and intermediaries required for the setup as well as SPOC for Global EBICS technical topics of the customers. Ensure smooth operational cash management related setup of clients within its scope. Activities: a) Description: Advisory and Organization Internal and external customer support for electronic banking product Global EBICS ·Advice on how to setup most efficiently the electronic banking environment to match (tailor-made) client organization. ·Assist in smaller implementations (not tackled by implementation teams) by organizing the project and guiding internal and external clients/stakeholders through the process. Translation of client requirements into BNPP operational and IT language. b) Testing and Support: End-to-end testing of setup and file testing for electronic banking Global EBICS ·End-to-end testing established technical setup together with the client to ensure smooth operational activity on their side. ·Testing of payment files on validity and feasibility. Identifying issues and addressing them to respective internal teams, external stakeholders as well as advising clients who to contact on their side. c) Monitoring and management of daily operations: Monitor payment rejections and account statements being provided as intended and manage if not ·Monitor clients operational activity by reactive identification and root cause analysis of rejected payments and missing/failed account statements. ·Fixing above mentioned issues per case as well as addressing development requirements to respective teams to strengthen BNPP operational setup or informing the client about detections to fix on their side. Proactively see with clients if their electronic banking setup is working as intended and advice technically on options how to strengthen their setup. d) Product/Implementation scope: Being responsible and accountable to implement the Global Ebics product for the clients contracting part followed by the set-up. Ensuring correct reporting is requested and users are set-up. Professional Experience: ·Expertise in Electronic Banking Internet Communication Standard (EBICS) ·Know-how in payments/reporting or cash management area ·Direct client interaction / hotline support or other operational activities ·Fluent in English and German Educational Background: University degree or apprenticeship in business IT or comparable areas
