Start: asap End: 31.12.2025 Capacity: 80-100% Location: mainly Remote, maybe 1-2 on-site workshops in Stuttgart Context: Our customer is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Product Owner to lead the global vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Marketing Cloud capabilities. As part of our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for driving adoption, optimization, and integration of SFMC with our existing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning environments. You will serve as the Product Owner of a global Scrum team, ensuring our SFMC platform enables personalized, data-driven marketing at scale, enhances client engagement, and supports business growth across multiple regions and business lines. Key Responsibilities: ·Product Ownership & Vision oDefine and own the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. oAlign product development with business goals, customer needs, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Lightning, CRM integrations). ·Backlog & Delivery Management oAct as Product Owner for a dedicated international Scrum team. oDefine, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, balancing global consistency with local business needs. oEnsure timely delivery of features, enhancements, and integrations in line with agile best practices. ·Stakeholder Management oCollaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, and business units worldwide. oTranslate business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria. oAct as the voice of the customer and advocate for marketing end-users. ·Platform Expertise & Governance oDrive best practices in customer journeys, automation, personalization, and data-driven campaigns. oEnsure SFMC is fully integrated with Sales Cloud, CRM, analytics, and other enterprise platforms. oEstablish global governance and standards for data quality, compliance, and usage of SFMC. ·Continuous Improvement & Innovation oMonitor platform adoption, performance, and ROI, ensuring maximum business value. oKeep abreast of Salesforce product innovations and recommend enhancements to maintain a competitive edge. oDrive training, enablement, and change management across global teams. Qualifications & Experience: ·Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a global, agile environment. ·Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on knowledge of modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Interaction Studio, and CDP. ·Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning, and their integrations with SFMC. ·Strong experience leading cross-functional, international teams. ·Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at C-level and with end-users. ·Experience in the TIC industry or other B2B sectors is a plus. ·Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Product Owner/Manager are highly desirable. ·Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
