Start: asap End: 06.2026 Capacity: part-time (2-3 days/week) Volume: 54 Tag(e) Location: 90% remote / 10% Nuremberg or Munich Key Responsibilities ·Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking ·Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards ·Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions ·Monitor KPIs, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation ·Support resource planning and budget tracking ·Ensure compliance with project governance standards and processes Required Skills & Experience ·Proven experience in PMO or project coordination roles ·Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) ·Excellent organizational and communication skills ·Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) ·Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ·Fluent in English (written and spoken) ·Experience or at least personal interest in securities trading is favorable
