We are currently looking for a freelance "Senior Consultant (m/w/d) MS Project Server " for our client in the IT-sector. Start: asap End: 6 months ++ Capacity: +/- 4 days a week (by arrangement) Location: Remote Project Background: Our client uses MS Project Online for planning, progress monitoring and submitting timesheets for its SAP projects. Project Server SE OnPrem is to be deployed as an alternative. The role acts as a technical interface between the client and the nearshore team in Bulgaria. In addition to technical coordination, the focus is particularly on consulting, migration planning, knowledge transfer and a successful transition to production. Responsibilities: ·Planning and architecture of a Microsoft Project Server SE on-premises environment ·Supporting setup, installation and configuration ·Managing and providing technical advice to the SharePoint and database teams ·Planning and executing the migration from Project Online to Project Server SE ·Creating technical documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer ·Supporting the handover to production Requirements: ·Experience with Microsoft Project Server / Project Server SE ·Experience with migrations from Project Online to on-premises solutions ·Good knowledge of SharePoint, SQL Server and Microsoft PPM ·Experience in transformation and migration projects ·Excellent communication and coordination skills ·Fluent in English; German an advantage
