We are currently looking for a freelance "SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Integration Expertise) – (Nearshore possible)" for our client in the E-Commerce sector. Start: asap End: 28.02.2027 (++) Capacity: Fulltime Location: Remote / Nearshore Language: English (German is a plus) Project Overview: Our client is looking for two experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architects to support a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation and HR transformation program. The selected consultants will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the HR landscape, including integrations with SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems. Tasks: ·Design end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business and HR transformation objectives ·Lead solution architecture workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and design reviews with business stakeholders ·Define and maintain the overall SuccessFactors architecture, including integrations, security, data flows, and extensibility ·Design and oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications using: oSAP Integration Suite (CPI) oSAP Cloud Connector oREST & SOAP APIs oOData Services oMiddleware technologies ·Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and governance across the HR ecosystem ·Provide guidance regarding release management, upgrades, and adoption of new SAP SuccessFactors functionality ·Lead technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle ·Conduct solution reviews and recommend best practices and process improvements Must-have: ·8+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors ·Multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects ·3+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role ·Strong expertise in: oSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central oAt least two additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development) ·Hands-on integration experience with: oSAP Integration Suite (CPI) oSAP Cloud Connector oSAP PI/PO oREST/SOAP APIs oOData Services oSFTP integrations oSingle Sign-On (SSO) ·Strong understanding of: oSuccessFactors data models oBusiness Rules oWorkflows oRole-Based Permissions (RBP) oReporting and analytics ·Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice-to-have: ·Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with: oSAP S/4HANA oSAP HCM Payroll oWorkforce Software oActive Directory / Microsoft Azure AD ·Knowledge of SAP BTP services and extension capabilities ·SAP SuccessFactors certifications ·Experience with global HR transformation programs ·Experience with cloud migration projects ·Familiarity with GDPR and HR data privacy regulations ·Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
