Start: asap End: 30.03.2027 Capacity: fulltime Location: remote Project Description – Project Manager (Operations & Customer Onboarding) We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the operational management of multiple offshore teams and drive the successful onboarding of new customers for managed operational services. The role focuses on coordinating service delivery, supporting operational excellence, and working closely with the operations lead to manage day-to-day activities across multiple services. The successful candidate will oversee 2–3 offshore teams comprising approximately 16 team members (6 and 10 people) and ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Tasks: ·Managing and coordinating multiple offshore operational teams. ·Supporting the onboarding of new customers for operational services, with a current focus on AI Booster and Generative AI (GenAI) offerings. ·Coordinating the transition of services into the operations organization and ensuring a smooth operational handover. ·Supporting operational activities such as customer onboarding, cost estimations, service coordination, and incident management. ·Assisting in resolving operational challenges and supporting critical incident ("war room") activities when required. ·Acting as the primary interface between offshore delivery teams, operations, and business stakeholders. ·Supporting the operations lead in managing daily priorities and ensuring efficient execution across multiple operational services. Must-have: ·Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex operational environments. ·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ·Experience leading and coordinating offshore delivery teams. ·Experience with managed services or operational service delivery. ·Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Nice-to-have: ·Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI). ·Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) services.
