Für unseren Kunden aus der Branche "Energiewirtschaft / Energy" suchen wir einen "UX Designer / UX Consultant (m/f/d) – Unily Intranet Platform" im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Start: asap Ende: 31.12.2026 Einsatzort: remote Responsibilities: ·Define and develop the overall UX strategy for the new intranet platform. ·Design intuitive page structures, navigation concepts and information architecture. ·Create practical UX design assets, particularly reusable page templates. ·Optimize the user experience across desktop and mobile devices. ·Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure a user-friendly and consistent platform design. ·Technical integrations (e.g. Microsoft 365 or Copilot) are not part of this role. The focus is exclusively on UX, information architecture and front-end design. ·Support the preparation of UX deliverables within a tight project timeline. Must-have: ·Strong hands-on experience in User Experience (UX) Design and Information Architecture. ·Proven experience designing intranets, employee portals or digital workplace platforms. ·Experience with Unily is highly preferred. ·Strong skills in page layouts, navigation design and UX templates. ·Experience designing responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces. ·Ability to deliver practical design solutions independently and within tight deadlines. ·Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-have: ·Previous experience with Unily implementations or Employee Experience Platforms
