Qualifications: ·Educational Background: You hold a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical technology from a university or technical college. ·Business Training: Additional training in business administration is beneficial for understanding the commercial aspects of product management. ·Experience: You bring expertise in process engineering and/or pharmaceutical production, with a solid grasp of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (GMP). ·Technical Skills: You have a strong interest in measurement technology and ideally possess experience in image processing and/or quality control. ·Team Collaboration: You excel at working with cross-functional teams and managing customer projects. ·Communication: You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus). ·Customer Focus: You have a strong analytical mindset and a deep customer orientation. ·Travel Flexibility: You are willing to travel internationally about 10-20% of the time for customer visits and project work.
