Project title: Regulatory Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Type of employment: Payroll Industry: Chemie Skills: Regulatory Affairs Project start: 01.10.2025 Project duration: 12 months Location: Basel, Schweiz Responsibilities ·Retrieve, extract, and review information on product composition and co-formulants. ·Assess, acquire, and profile data sources to support business and data strategies. ·Create and file Product Chemistry documentation (e.g., compositions, supporting statements, comparison documents) for regional and country regulatory needs. ·Support Regulatory, Product Chemistry, and Supply Chain teams by preparing and delivering regulatory notifications and documentation in line with compliance standards. ·Gather and share key information on regulatory requirements with stakeholders. Qualifications ·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field; MSc/PhD is an advantage. ·Experience in a regulatory environment (e.g., Product Chemistry, Product Registration) preferred. ·Familiarity with REACH, CLP, Classification, and Safety Data Sheets is a plus. ·Knowledge of global CP registration requirements and regulatory chemistry issues. ·Background in formulation chemistry, supply, or procurement processes desirable. ·Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and geographies. ·Ability to challenge existing processes and support new approaches. ·Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
