Product Manager Biomanufacturing (m/f/d) Location: Tyrol, Austria Employment Type: Full-time Salary: From €55,000 gross/year (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking a strategic and proactive Product Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of product lines in the life science sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive global growth, manage end-to-end product lifecycle responsibilities, and contribute to the expansion of innovative solutions in the biopharma space. Your Responsibilities ·Strategic & Operational Leadership: Full ownership of product lifecycle management, including P&L responsibility and global growth strategy. ·Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and customer analyses to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive dynamics. ·Marketing Strategy & Positio?ning: Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans in close collaboration with international sales teams. ·Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners. ·Innovation & Product Development: Prepare business cases for new product development and collaborate closely with R&D and operations. ·Reporting & Performance: Analyze and present product performance data to executive leadership; support pricing, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies. ·Industry Representation: Participate in international trade shows and conferences, and contribute to thought-leadership initiatives. Your Profile ·Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. ·Experience: Minimum of 4 years in product management, marketing, strategy, or consulting—ideally in the biopharma sector or with relevant technologies. ·Analytical Skills: Strong capability in data analysis, Excel, and financial modeling to support business decisions. ·Communication: Fluent English; German is an advantage. ·Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, high ownership, and ability to work cross-functionally. ·Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally (~30–35%).
