The Transformation Program Support Officer provides central PMO and coordination support to the Transformation Lead, ensuring the structured setup, alignment, and smooth execution of the Engineering transformation program. Workstream Coordination ·Serve as coordination point across all engineering transformation workstreams. ·Align timelines, priorities, and activities; ensure smooth information flow. ·Identify gaps, blockers, inconsistencies, and escalate as needed. ·Support workstream leads with structuring, templates, and reporting. Digitalization & Innovation ·Support prioritization of digital enablers (tools, automation, data, analytics, PLM, collaboration solutions). ·Coordinate pilots, PoCs, and digital initiatives with relevant teams. ·Ensure proper documentation and alignment with program objectives. Operating Model & Processes ·Support documentation of engineering processes, roles, and interfaces. ·Contribute to capability mapping, maturity assessments, and improvement identification. ·Consolidate inputs for the target operating model. Change Management & Communication ·Support impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness activities. ·Prepare communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and updates. ·Organize workshops, training, and engagement activities. ·Maintain program communication channels (SharePoint, dashboards). Ways of Working & Facilitation ·Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops. ·Document decisions, actions, and next steps. ·Introduce simple and effective tools/templates to streamline collaboration. ·Help drive consistency across all program workstreams. Required Skills & Competencies ·Experience in PMO, program coordination, or transformation support. ·Understanding of engineering or technical environments (preferred). ·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in parallel. ·Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools. ·Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. ·Ability to synthesize information and produce clear reporting. ·Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership. ·Comfortable in a matrixed, multicultural environment. ·Interest in digital tools, innovation, and continuous improvement.
