In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in the development of state-of-the-art laboratory equipment for medical applications. You will leverage your cross-disciplinary expertise in electronics, mechanics, and optics to deliver innovative solutions that set new industry benchmarks. Responsibilities ·Development of advanced electronic concepts and architectures for high-end laboratory instruments, including integration of mechanical and optical components ·Design and optimization of analog and digital circuits, sensor and motor control systems with seamless system integration ·PCB layout using Altium Designer, considering performance, cost efficiency, and manufacturability ·Prototyping, testing, and iterative improvement of circuit designs within interdisciplinary teams ·Development of comprehensive PCB test concepts in close collaboration with electronics production ·Execution of verification, EMC, and safety tests, as well as mentoring junior engineers Profile ·Degree (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university) in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field; higher academic degree is an advantage ·Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in electronic circuit design ·Solid knowledge of requirements engineering and application of safety standards in product development ·In-depth expertise in EMC-compliant design and electrical measurement techniques ·Hands-on experience with Altium Designer and simulation tools such as LTSpice ·Knowledge of regulatory requirements for product safety (e.g. IEC 61010) and excellent English skills What Is Offered ·International working environment with diverse responsibilities in a modern setting ·Long-term employment with excellent development prospects and extensive training opportunities ·Flexible working hours with home office options and work-from-anywhere possibilities ·Excellent public transport connections or free parking ·Company canteen and a comprehensive benefits package (job bike, pension plan, health insurance, EGYM Wellpass) ·Minimum salary: EUR 4,500 gross per month (38.5 hours/week), with significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
